We understand that your dog is one of your family and we treat all the dogs we walk with the care and attention they deserve. Below are some frequently asked questions you may have about our dog walking service.
How many dogs do you walk at any one time?
We walk a maximum of 4 dogs at a time. We make sure that the dogs we walk together are matched in temperament to create an enjoyable experience for the dogs. Group dog walks are a great way for dogs to socialise and build up their confidence.
Can I pick the time you walk my dog?
All our walks are carried out between 10am and 2.30 pm. This is dependant on the weather. If you have a time in mind we will do our best to fit in around you. This is something that will be discussed with you in the initial consultation.
How long will the walk last?
All our walks last for one hour minimum. Depending on the size of dog you may require a shorter or longer walk. This will be discussed with you beforehand. Solo walks give more flexibility on duration.
Where do you walk?
We walk dogs in local green spaces such as Filmore Woods. We ensure the area is safe and fun for the dogs and vary our locations to keep the dogs stimulated in their environment.
Do you cater for nervous or aggressive dogs?
We would advise solo walks for very nervous dogs initially. As they grow in confidence we can discuss with you introducing them to group walks to aid their socialisation. We will support your dog to become comfortable in a group dog walking environment.
We currently do not cater for aggressive or muzzled dogs.
Do I need to be at home when you collect my dog?
No. We keep all owner’s keys in a secure location and agree with you how we access your property to pick up the dog.
What happens if my dog gets hurt or ill in your care?
In the unlikely event of an accident or illness we will contact you immediately. If we can’t contact you and veterinary help is needed urgently we will take your dog to your nominated vet or depending on our location at the time, the nearest vet practice.
Can you offer ad hoc walks when needed?

Are you insured?
Yes we are fully insured and CRB checked for your peace of mind.
How do I pay?
Payment is taken in arrears with invoices sent out at the end of every month. We accept payment by bank transfer. If you have to cancel a dog walk we require at least 24 hours notice.
Will my dog be supervised at all times?
Yes. Your dog will never be left unattended. They will be constantly supervised.
What happens if my dog clashes with another dog?
We carefully pick which dogs would suit walking together based on breed and temperament. If there is an issue within a group we will change the group dynamic. We want all dogs to enjoy their walks with us.
